On December 21, 2007, DHMH issued its final regulations implementing the Clean Indoor Air Act of 2007. The regulations, COMAR 10.19.04, can be found below. In conjunction with the issuance of the final regulations, DHMH has also created a new web site, www.mdcleanair.org, which will be the new home for the Maryland Clean Indoor Air program.
